Simple wrap/shawl made on straight needles - Monsoon S3

This is a pretty simple stockinet styled design, I used 2 sets of 10mm straight needles (US size 15) with Monsoon S3 Aran wool, although I imagine any Aran/Chunky wool will be just as good.

The instructions below make just one half of the Wrap - You will need to do this section twice!

Cast on 3 stitches.

Row 1: Knit 3

Row 2: Purl 3

Row 3: K1, M1, K1, M1, K1

Row 4: Purl

Row 5: K1, M1, K till 1 stitch remaining, M1, K1

Row 6: Purl

Repeat Row 5 & 6 until desired amount of stitches (I made up to 56stitches on above pattern)

Once at desired amount of stitches achieved on Knit Row: K1, M1, K2tog, K till rest of row until 3 stitches remaining, SSK, M1, K1

Continue again until desired length.

Once at desired length, using a Second set of needles - Cast on 3 stitches and repeat above instructions.

Once both halves are at desired length I bound them together by doing a 3 needle cast off.
